الشروط والأحكام
Kindly note:
We kindly remind you that reservations at Em Sherif Sea Café are intended for the full dining experience. We warmly invite our guests to enjoy a complete dining experience, as reservations for desserts and/or coffee only are not applicable.
يرجى العلم:
نود تذكيركم بأن الحجوزات في ام شريف سي كافيه مخصصة لتجربة تناول الطعام الكاملة، ونرجو من ضيوفنا الكرام الاستمتاع بتجربة كاملة تشمل الوجبات، حيث إن تقديم الحلويات و/أو القهوة فقط لا يتناسب مع طبيعة الحجز.
Table holding time:
Reservations will be automatically cancelled if guests arrive more than 15 minutes after their confirmed reservation time. We look forward to welcoming you.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالطاولة:
يُلغى الحجز تلقائيًا في حال وصول الضيوف بعد أكثر من 15 دقيقة من موعد الحجز المؤكد. نتطلع إلى استقبالكم.
Seating requests:
Tables are allocated by the restaurant team on the day of the reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred seating area, but we cannot guarantee a specific table or location.
طلبات الجلوس:
يُخصّص فريق المطعم الطاولات في يوم الحجز. وسنبذل قصارى جهدنا لتلبية رغبتكم في الجلوس في المنطقة المفضلة لديكم، إلا أننا لا نستطيع ضمان طاولة أو موقع محدد داخل المطعم.
Dress code:
The dress code is smart and elegant. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear business attire, smart casual clothing, or Saudi national dress.
الزي المناسب:
يُرجى ارتداء ملابس أنيقة ومرتبة. ونوصي السادة بارتداء ملابس العمل، أو الملابس الأنيقة غير الرسمية، أو الزي الوطني السعودي.
Personal belongings:
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and vehicles. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to items or vehicles left on the premises.
المقتنيات الشخصية:
يتحمّل الضيوف مسؤولية مقتنياتهم الشخصية ومركباتهم. ولا تتحمّل إدارة المطعم مسؤولية فقدان أو تلف أي مقتنيات أو مركبات تُترك داخل مقر المطعم.
Food and beverages from outside:
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be consumed at Em Sherif Sea Café.
الأطعمة والمشروبات من خارج المطعم:
لا يُسمح بتناول الأطعمة أو المشروبات التي يتم إحضارها من خارج ام شريف سي كافيه داخل المطعم.
Health and safety:
• Our team takes the necessary precautions when serving guests.
• Surfaces, door handles, tables, chairs, and washrooms are cleaned regularly.
• Hand sanitizer and masks are available upon request.
الصحة والسلامة:
• يتخذ فريقنا الاحتياطات اللازمة أثناء خدمة الضيوف.
• تُنظّف الأسطح ومقابض الأبواب والطاولات والكراسي ودورات المياه بانتظام.
• تتوفر معقمات اليدين والكمامات عند الطلب.
Children policy:
We look forward to hosting you! Please note that the last time to welcome children under 15 years old is 8:00 PM.

حرصًا منا على تقديم تجربة استثنائية لجميع ضيوفنا، يسعدنا استقبال الأطفال والأعمار دون 15 عامًا حتى الساعة 8:00 مساءً.
